Since March 2020 and throughout the pandemic period, our teams have remained active, constantly evaluating, with due attention and responsibility, plans to carry out urgent relief actions for our vulnerable fellow human beings in the context of this unprecedented situation.

The resultsOur actions were as follows:

• 59 field streetwork shifts
• 1242 records of people in street living conditions
• 42 field visits for intact deliveries of essential items
• .400 survival kits
• 200 antiseptic items to protect against the spread of Covid19
• 1000 packaged and long-lasting food packages

At the same time, and in anticipation of Easter, the #bake4good campaign was held until the end of April in which individuals participated offering individual pastries. More specifically, members of the Emfasis group, undertook the collection and distribution of homemade pastries to homeless people and families living below the poverty line throughout Attica.

The campaign in numbers:

• more than 100 participation messages were received
• over 60 amateur confectioners participated
• 950 pastries were collected
  more than 370 people received support all over Attica

As the needs and demands continue unabated, with homeless and vulnerable populations facing even greater difficulties at this time, the Emfasis team continues to support them by adhering to strict protection and hygiene measures.
